Lead SDR Operations Specialist

• Play a critical role in optimizing the SDR operational ecosystem globally • Assist in driving the design and implementation of scalable infrastructure, managing advanced systems and data flows • Lead planning initiatives that directly influence departmental strategy and leadership decision-making • Oversee and maintain advanced configurations across the entire Sales Development Technology Stack • Manage complex data orchestration and flows between SDR and marketing systems to ensure data integrity • Drive advanced planning activities, including managing Activity KPIs, Quotas, SPIFs, and leading Headcount Capacity Planning • Develop strategic reporting aligned with organizational objectives • Anticipate and mitigate potential system disruptions and errors that could impact global SDR productivity • Lead complex problem-solving initiatives to ensure continuous efficiency gains in all SDR workflows • Act as the central point of contact for cross-functional alignment, driving consensus on planning approaches and leading strategic change management
Job Requirements
- 7+ years of progressive experience in SDR Operations, Sales Operations, Marketing Operations, or Revenue Operations
- OR a combination of 4+ years in one of these operational functions plus relevant experience in an SDR/BDR individual contributor or leadership role
- Proven expertise in administering and optimizing a best-in-class GTM Technology Stack, including Salesforce, sales engagement platforms (e.g., Outreach, Salesloft), conversational intelligence (Gong), prospecting tools (e.g., ZoomInfo, Cognism, Lusha), LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and website chat (e.g., Qualified, Drift)
- Intermediate proficiency in data visualization and reporting tools (Salesforce Reporting & Dashboards, Power BI)
- Salesforce Administrator, Outreach, and/or PowerBI Certifications preferred
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency with SQL or data modeling within a Business Intelligence (BI) or Data Warehouse environment (Snowflake)
- Familiarity with sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDPICC) and experience building operational processes to support them
- Demonstrated experience in leading strategic change management initiatives for global sales development teams
