Description About the Role We are looking for an HR and People Manager to join our NinjaOne HR team. We are growing our company and our HR team and need your expertise to build on our strong culture and employee engagement. You will perform a broad range of human resources activities and will serve as an integral contributor to support the growth and operations of the company. You are the main point of contact to assist employees in HR related inquiries including insurance, payroll, employer verifications, and conflict resolution. Location - Hybrid in Austin, TX - (In the office 3 days per week Mon , Tues , & Thurs ) What You'll be Doing - Manage the traditional HR functions for the entire company, building strategy and implementing new processes as we scale our organization. - Responsible for employee relations, performance management, compensation strategy, manager HRIS, benefits, and other foundational HR related programs. - Mange all HR compliance and employment practices for the company. - Manage the offer-to-hire process including various including welcome emails, IT logistics , onboarding instructions, I-9s, etc. while partnering with key stakeholders - Be the front-line face for daily employee support in answering general HR questions - Responsible for data management within HR information system, and employee personnel files - Processes terminations and conducts exit interviews working with internal teams to ensure a smooth exit - Assists with development of performance review process - Provides support for employee relations activities including counseling, disciplinary actions, performance improvement plans, and terminations - Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned About You - 5+ years' experience in Human Resources - BS degree is preferred - Experience in leading change management on a people team. - Experience building HR programs such as employee experience, performance management, and compensation strategy. - Previous experience in managing the compliance aspects of an HR function. - Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills - Strong attention to detail, working autonomously, and self-motivated - Exceptional written and verbal communication skills - Experience with Dayforce or other enterprise HRIS preferred - Authentic customer service mindset, you care about the experience you and your team create. - You align with our values Curiosity, Integrity, Kindness, Humility, Builders and are committed to creating an environment where these values flourish in our teams.
