Reporting to the Group Program Director, you'll drive growth, quality and operational excellence across medium- to large scale programs of work. They provide both strategic leadership, navigating the complexities of dual-track design and technical projects. This role requires a “whip-smart” leader who is comfortable running the daily project rhythm while maintaining the ability to see the forest through the trees. You will be a partner to Design and Technical leads, ensuring internal and external partners are synchronized. With a deep understanding of technical lifecycles and commercial acumen, you know which levers to pull - from staffing to scoping- to protect the financial integrity of a program while delivering world-class results.
Job Requirements
- Build a suite of tools and training to enable and support the establishment and growth of complex programs.
- Identify, plan for, and pitch ideas to turn one-off projects into longer, more complex, and more valuable programs of work by identifying commercial opportunities.
- Be a strong voice and point of contact for our most senior clients.
- Plan alongside clients with a cohesive understanding of their business metrics and goals; "seeing the forest through the trees" to ensure daily output hits long-term goals.
- Design and facilitate ideation and planning sessions internally and with clients to align design and technical workstreams.
- Client & Program Specific:
- Technical & Design Integration: Successfully lead and steer work across the Google portfolio, specifically managing the intersection of design-led and technically-heavy workstreams.
- Commercial Lever Management: Advise on roadmap opportunities and growth strategies; proactively managing the levers of scoping, staffing, and margin protection to ensure financial health.
- Operational Oversight: Oversee and guide all agency relations and APR engagement, ensuring the agency remains a preferred partner through consistent excellence.
- Financial Stewardship: Report on program financial health, identifying risks to the scope before they impact delivery.
