Our Payroll Services team is growing, and we need a strategic, detail-driven Senior Treasury Analyst to help optimize and scale our treasury operations. If you love digging into the numbers, solving puzzles, and finding ways to make processes run smoother, this might just be your perfect fit. In this role, you’ll be a key player in managing BambooHR’s daily cash operations, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance in every financial move we make. You’ll use data-driven insights to forecast, plan, and improve treasury processes that keep our payroll services running seamlessly. You will: - Monitor and manage daily cash operations, forecasting, and fund transfers to ensure smooth financial transactions. - Forecast Average Daily Balance (ADB) and investment income to support strategic decision-making. - Analyze and optimize bank fees to improve cost efficiency. - Maintain compliance with banking regulations, handling KYC requests, NACHA compliance, and treasury policies with precision. - Compile and analyze financial reports to provide insights on treasury operations. - Drive process improvements and help scale treasury functions as our Payroll Services grow. - Jump into ad hoc projects, bringing fresh ideas and solutions to enhance our financial operations. What You Need to Get the Job Done - 5+ years of experience in treasury operations, ideally in a fast-moving, high-volume industry like payroll or payments. - Proven expertise in financial modeling and forecasting, with the ability to turn data into actionable insights. - Hands-on experience with treasury management systems and financial software. - A problem-solving mindset with the ability to work independently and lead projects. - Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (or equivalent experience). - Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) designation?
