• Serve as a contact for IT compliance-related matters • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Legal, Engineering, IT, and others • Support GRC initiatives, providing hands-on experience in developing and implementing compliance frameworks • Assist in documenting and maintaining corporate policies, procedures, and standards • Monitor regulatory and industry trends

• Lead and Support European and global regulatory strategy support for the Business Units and support Business Development with new RFPs and regulatory strategies for device and drug development and clinical investigations • European and global support of the strategy teams at the Business Units to develop a Regulatory and Startup strategy for new device, drug and combination products focused on RFPs and Projects • Developing regulatory documents and leading support for EMA and European national scientific advice / protocol assistance meetings • Lead and support regulatory development support activities including Pediatric Investigation Plans, Orphan Designation and other designations/support (e.g., PRIME) • Regulatory Support of capabilities and bid defense meetings

• Ensures that all MyComputerCareer campuses and personnel comply with applicable federal, state, and accrediting body regulations as well as the school's policies and procedures. • Reviews all enrollment documentation to ensure compliance with State, Accrediting Body, and Federal regulations. • Assists with student record updates in Salesforce in collaboration with the Compliance Specialist - Student Records. • Attend webinars, conferences and workshops provided by the Dept. of Education, Dept. of Veteran Affairs, Accrediting Council on Continuing Education and Training and all governing States.

• Serves as the primary regulatory contact for assigned protocols. • Maintains the electronic regulatory binders / files and ensures appropriate version control is in place. • Coordinates submissions to ancillary committees such as Radiation Safety and Institutional Biosafety. • Communicates with the IRB and sponsor on behalf of the study team regarding regulatory management. • Collaborates with the study team and sponsors to finalize documents based on PRMC and/or IRB recommendations. • Prepares and submits study amendments and continuing review applications for PRMC and IRB review. • Prepares regulatory files for auditing and monitoring visits. • Communicating to study teams the importance of adhering to CTO Regulatory processes
