Compliance Administrator
Apex Systems
• Ensures that all MyComputerCareer campuses and personnel comply with applicable federal, state, and accrediting body regulations as well as the school's policies and procedures. • Reviews all enrollment documentation to ensure compliance with State, Accrediting Body, and Federal regulations. • Assists with student record updates in Salesforce in collaboration with the Compliance Specialist - Student Records. • Attend webinars, conferences and workshops provided by the Dept. of Education, Dept. of Veteran Affairs, Accrediting Council on Continuing Education and Training and all governing States.
Job Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's degree preferred.
- Experience in Higher Education strongly preferred.
- Focus on Admissions, Career Services or Compliance a plus.
- Salesforce experience is a plus.

Votre mission ? Identifier les risques, sécuriser les bâtiments et les habitants et coordonner les actions nécessaires pour protéger les habitants et l’espace public. Vous intervenez concrètement pour la sécurité des habitants au cœur des décisions techniques, administratives et opérationnelles liées au pouvoir de police spéciale du Maire de Rouen. - Vous évaluez l’urgence d’intervenir sur des signalements d’immeubles présentant des désordres. - Vous évaluez la fragilité des bâtiments identifiés, leurs pathologies. - Vous coordonnez les interventions, visites au titre des mises en sécurité avec l’appui des architectes du Département Urbanisme Habitat et Energie. - Vous coordonnez les interventions de mise en sécurité sur le terrain en mobilisant les services municipaux et métropolitains concernés (périmètres, interventions techniques, travaux d’office, évacuations, relogement). - Vous déterminez et mettez en œuvre les procédures adaptées (péril ordinaire, péril imminent, police générale). - Vous accompagnez les expertises techniques ou judiciaires et vous conseillez les élus dans leurs décisions. - Vous contribuez aux décisions stratégiques (rédaction de rapports d’aide à la décision, marchés de travaux, veille réglementaire). - Vous participez aux astreintes bâtiments de la ville de Rouen.
