The ideal candidate is comfortable managing ambiguity and highly confidential information with discretion in a fast-paced environment and desires to help set the tone for a culture of integrity, inclusion, and continued progress. Responsibilities: - Monitor various reporting intake channels and process all reports received for assignment determination, including timely acknowledgement receipts, entry into the case management system, escalating reports through established triage process, and assignment to appropriate team. - Track the status of unassigned matters to help ensure timely follow through and assignment. - Maintain current repository of information relevant to investigations, including intake process, case administration, and referral procedures. - Identify opportunities to improve intake processes, documentation, and operational workflows. - Ensure accuracy, completeness, and quality of case documentation within the case management system. - Serve as the initial point of contact for employee-related concerns and/or inquiries by conducting thorough and empathetic intake conversations via live calls as needed. - Cultivate a strong rapport with HR Business Partners, Employee Relations, and Employment Legal with a focus on client-oriented service. - Support the full Ethics & Compliance team with ad hoc tasks and/or projects as needed.
