• Own the Web Lifecycle: Take full ownership of Deepgram.com updates, from routine content publishing and page builds to complex architectural changes within our CMS. • Project Management & Governance: Manage the intake of requests from GTM, Product Marketing, and Executive teams. • Cross-Functional Execution: Coordinate seamless execution between Design, Engineering, and external contractors/agencies. • CRO & Performance: Partner with the growth team to support CRO experimentation and implement data-driven optimizations to improve conversion rates. • QA & Standards: Maintain rigorous Quality Assurance (QA) standards for brand consistency, broken links, mobile responsiveness, and web accessibility (WCAG) compliance. • SEO Execution: Support technical and on-page SEO initiatives to ensure maximum organic visibility.
Job Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in web project management, website operations, or digital marketing
- Deep, hands-on experience with modern Headless CMS platforms (e.g., Contentful, Sanity) or visual builders (e.g., Webflow)
- Comfortable reading HTML/CSS and communicating effectively with engineering teams
- Proficient with analytics tools (Google Analytics 4, Heap, etc.)
- Organized & Detail-Oriented: Comfortable managing multiple ticketing streams (Jira, Asana, etc.)
- Understanding of the fundamentals of technical SEO
