Job Requirements
- 1.- Platform & Cloud Enablement
- Partner with business units to align platform and cloud capabilities with business goals, helping teams understand available tools, features, and integrations.
- Lead or support onboarding processes for new teams adopting enterprise platforms or cloud environments, ensuring training, knowledge transfer, and role-based learning paths are delivered effectively.
- 2. Business Analysis & Solution Design
- Identify and analyze complex business needs, conducting requirements gathering and translating them into actionable platform and application requirements.
- Collaborate with product managers, product owners, architects, and engineering teams to define epics, features, and solutions aligned to business cases and ROI considerations.
- Recommend alternative or advanced solutions when functional design issues or platform constraints arise.
- 3. Governance, Compliance & Cost Optimization
- Support or manage governance processes that ensure consistent, secure, and cost-efficient use of platform services.
- Partner with IT Finance, procurement, and asset management teams to track spending, identify cost-saving opportunities, and ensure accurate reporting of usage and allocations.
- 4. Stakeholder Engagement & Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Build strong, trust-based partnerships with leadership, enterprise architects, business stakeholders, and platform teams.
- Act as a liaison between business units and technical teams, ensuring alignment, supporting issue escalation, and facilitating strategic platform discussions.
- Provide presentations, demonstrations, and communication tailored to diverse audiences across the organization.
- 5. Training, Documentation & User Support
- Collaborate with business champions to develop training plans, curate learning content, and gather feedback to refine features and user experience.
- Define and operationalize learning paths for platform and cloud roles, including supporting team-based enablement strategies.
- 6. Risk Management, Continuity & Incident Preparedness
- Partner with cross-functional teams to identify critical systems, dependencies, and potential vulnerabilities.
- Assist in planning or facilitating tabletop exercises, disaster recovery simulations, and post-testing analysis to validate resilience.
- 7. Continuous Improvement & Innovation
- Contribute to optimizing platform capabilities, improving developer experience, and championing automation and reusable frameworks.
- Gather feedback, drive enhancements, and encourage adoption of test-driven and behavior-driven development maturity where applicable.
- Key Skills & Qualifications
- Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder-management skills; ability to tailor messaging to various audiences. Advanced problem-solving skills, with ability to analyze complex issues, provide solutions, and support cross-team decision-making. Ability to influence without authority and partner effectively across business and technology groups.
- Knowledge of platform architecture, cloud concepts, cost management, and governance frameworks. Experience with requirements gathering, business case development, feature mapping, and platform lifecycle management. Demonstrated ability to support training, enablement, and organizational change management.
- Technical Skills:
- AWS - Advanced MUST
- GCP - Basic/Intermediate PREFERABLE
