Regional Vice President of Operations – Commercial Roofing

• Mentor and support Highly Skilled Business Unit Leaders across multiple territories • Align regional strategy with corporate growth initiatives • Drive and support revenue growth, operational scalability, and margin performance • Full regional P&L ownership • Strengthen forecasting, cost controls, and financial discipline • Improve job cost performance and overall regional profitability • Provide executive-level oversight on complex, high-profile commercial roofing projects • Drive project optimization strategies to improve efficiency, production, and margin • Support field leadership in resolving technical challenges and risk mitigation • Ensure consistent safety, quality, and operational standards across all offices • Align workforce planning with backlog and revenue targets • Optimize labor forecasting, crew productivity, and talent deployment • Build, coach, and retain high-performing operational leadership teams • Serve as a senior technical and operational advisor to executive leadership
Job Requirements
- 8+ years of commercial roofing operations or senior project management experience required
- Multi-territory or multi-location leadership experience highly preferred
- Proven P&L management responsibility
- Previous branch or commercial roofing company leadership preferred
- Highly technical commercial roofing knowledge with experience supporting large-scale projects
- Strong financial, operational, and strategic acumen

• Monitor in-bound appointment booking requests via email and internal system • Assign appointments to rostered clinicians based on language requirements, clinician availability and capacity • Confirm appointments independently using the in-house CRM system • Ensure all bookings are confirmed within defined SLAs • Acknowledge in-bound user or clinician enquiries within defined SLAs • Route enquiries to the appropriate WhiteCoat internal teams for follow-up • Track and ensure handovers are clear and complete • Flag unusual cases, edge scenarios, or capacity issues to the in-market lead
