Position Overview: We are seeking a Business Development Representative to join our remote sales team and drive expansion through proactive outreach. This role focuses on generating new business opportunities via outbound calls, emails, and market research, while building strong relationships with customers across the U.S. and Puerto Rico. Ideal candidates thrive in a self-managed, remote environment and enjoy working with a supportive national team. Key Responsibilities: - Generate new business through B2B outreach, cold calling, email campaigns, and research. - Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing accounts. - Collaborate with the nationwide sales team to grow your territory. - Utilize CRM systems, ZoomInfo, and LinkedIn to manage pipelines and track results. - Meet and exceed sales goals and KPIs. Requirements: - Minimum 2 years of B2B and cold-calling experience. - Strong communication, organization, and customer service skills. - Sales experience in commercial roofing or construction is a plus. - Background in call centers or expo sales preferred. - Ability to work independently and remotely. - High school diploma or equivalent required. • Provide financial oversight for assigned business units totaling approximately $100 million in annual revenue • Supervise accounting and administrative personnel supporting assigned operations • Prepare and review monthly financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and operational reporting packages • Ensure financial reporting accuracy and compliance with U.S. GAAP • Analyze operating results and variances to budget, forecast, and prior periods • Provide recommendations to improve profitability, cash flow, and financial performance • Support month-end and year-end close processes • Serve as the primary financial partner to Business Unit Presidents and operational leadership teams • Collaborate with leadership to evaluate business performance and identify opportunities for improvement • Support strategic planning, operational decision-making, and growth initiatives • Communicate financial results, trends, risks, and opportunities to management • Assist in developing action plans to improve financial and operational performance • Partner with business unit leadership to prepare annual budgets and periodic forecasts • Monitor performance against financial targets and key performance indicators • Perform financial modeling and business analysis to support strategic decisions • Identify opportunities for process improvements and operational efficiencies • Review monthly bank reconciliations and monitor unusual activity • Oversee cash management, disbursements, and collections • Evaluate and strengthen internal controls and financial processes • Support annual audits and compliance requirements • Assist with sales, use, and income tax reporting as required • Review and monitor capital expenditure requests and spending • Train, mentor, and develop accounting and administrative staff • Promote consistency in accounting practices and procedures across business units • Support implementation of best practices throughout the organization • Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement

• Conduct regular job site visits to monitor personnel, equipment, and materials, ensuring compliance with company, state, and federal safety standards. • Observe, coach, and correct unsafe conditions or behaviors, reinforcing a culture of accountability. • Intervene immediately in unsafe activities and verify completion of corrective actions. • Lead and mentor Safety Supervisors in inspections, audits, and incident investigations. • Maintain and analyze safety records, incident logs, and performance metrics to identify trends and corrective measures. • Collaborate with project and regional managers to advise on minimizing safety risks and improving compliance. • Prepare and conduct safety training sessions and toolbox talks for all levels of personnel. • Deliver OSHA 10- and 30-hour construction safety classes, as well as specialized training for field operations. • Implement and manage safety programs and policies in accordance with OSHA, company, and client requirements. • Review and update safety and risk management protocols to ensure ongoing compliance.

• Own the full-cycle recruiting process from intake to offer acceptance—focused on delivering results and filling roles • Lead hiring for sales and leadership positions, plus occasional field roles for new divisions • Proactively source candidates using LinkedIn, social media, referrals, and creative/out-of-the-box strategies • Build and maintain strong referral networks and talent pipelines • Partner closely with hiring managers to understand business needs, team dynamics, and success profiles • Lead and facilitate intake meetings and ongoing touchpoints with internal management teams • Build strong, trusted relationships with leaders across the organization • Create compelling job postings that attract the right candidates • Develop and implement structured interview questions and hiring frameworks • Conduct candidate screenings and interviews, assessing for skills, competencies, and cultural fit • Manage multiple requisitions in a high-volume, fast-paced environment with tight deadlines • Deliver a consistent, professional candidate experience with strong communication and follow-up • Act as a confident closer, guiding candidates through the offer process and securing top talent
