Job Requirements

  • Strong understanding of OpenRTB, VAST, PMP, supply dynamics.
  • Experience with inventory management and troubleshooting delivery.
  • Exposure to CTV, Audio, or DOOH is a plus.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and coordination skills.
  • Professional working proficiency in English is required.

Role Description Reporting to the Head of Fleet, the Fleet Administration Manager role has primary responsibility for managing the day-to-day function of the Fleet Administration Team consisting of a team of 7 administrators. Working closely with internal and external stakeholders to provide best in class service delivery to the wider OCS business, this is a hands-on role contributing to and managing the administration function. Key Tasks & Responsibilities - Holding 1:1’s with reports and set objectives, monitor and review progress against objectives quarterly. - Project management. - Provide reporting to key stakeholders on progress of projects and tasks. - Performance management. - Monitor and report on team performance against agreed KPIs. - Keeping accurate records of vehicles coming into and exiting the business using internal Fleet system. - Updating and monitoring driver license checking system, ensuring new starters are captured prior to driving and leavers are removed from the system in line with legal requirements. - Keeping accurate records of driver records and vehicle allocations. - Managing grey fleet insurance through company system. - Updating and managing tolls and congestion zone records and charges. - Dealing with penalty charge notices and notices of intended prosecutions. - Raising purchase order numbers and goods receiving notes. - Dealing with external suppliers for repair and maintenance issues. - Monitoring and resolving queries through shared fleet inbox. - Monitoring and reporting on hire vehicle usage. - Administration of telematics and tracking system. - Monitoring and updating accident management process. - Arrange collections and deliveries of vehicles. - Onboarding and offboarding new members of staff onto company systems. - Monitoring fuel card usage, order and cancel cards as and when required. Qualifications - Excellent administration skills. - 5 years management experience ideally within a similar role. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Ability to work under pressure and plan personal workload effectively. - High level of integrity and dependability. - Good knowledge of Full Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel. - Team player with a can-do attitude.
