Job Responsibilities  Regional Growth Strategy - Develop and execute a multi-year territory growth strategy aligned with SHP’s strategic priorities. - Design and implement territory plans that expand district partnerships and increase program adoption across urban, rural, and suburban districts. - Analyze market conditions, funding cycles, and policy trends to inform strategic targeting. - Monitor competitive landscape insights to position SHP as a leading upstream violence prevention partner.
