• Lead end-to-end project management for complex, integrated marketing initiatives (campaigns, launches, brand moments, multi-market activations) • Develop, maintain and manage detailed project plans, timelines, scopes, and dependencies across multiple teams • Serve as the central point of project coordination between Marketing, Sales, Operations, Creative, Media, and external partners • Proactively identify risks, bottlenecks, and resource constraints; propose and implement solutions • Run project kickoffs, status meetings, and post-mortems with clear agendas and outcomes • Ensure alignment between strategic objectives and tactical execution across all channels • Track deliverables and deadlines, following up to ensure commitments are met—regardless of seniority • Communicate progress, changes, and risks clearly to leadership and stakeholders • Maintain documentation, workflows, and best practices to improve marketing operations over time • Other tasks as assigned by management
Job Requirements
- 3+ years of project management experience within marketing, growth, or brand teams
- Proven experience managing large, multi-channel marketing initiatives
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple complex workstreams simultaneously
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; comfortable presenting to and influencing senior leaders
- Demonstrated ability to hold stakeholders accountable while maintaining strong working relationships
- Experience working cross-functionally with paid media, social, influencer, creative, sales, and operations teams
- Proficiency with project management tools (Asana, Monday.com, Jira, Smartsheet, or similar)
- Proven ability to breakdown complex projects and problems into clear, actionable and accountable elements across team and business

Job Summary: The Senior BESS Engineer provides technical leadership and subject-matter expertise for battery energy storage projects across utility-scale and commercial markets. This role is responsible for independent engineering judgment, client advisory support, and mentoring/training junior engineers, while ensuring designs meet regulatory, safety, and performance requirements.
