Role Description In Projekten der Deutschen Bahn koordinierst und überwachst du sämtliche Prozesse, Termine sowie die erforderlichen Anträge und Anzeigen gegenüber dem Eisenbahn-Bundesamt, mit dem Ziel, die Inbetriebnahme gemäß den EBA-Verwaltungsvorschriften und gültigen Rechtsverordnungen sicherzustellen. - Entwicklung von Inbetriebnahme-Konzepte (IBN-Konzepte) in enger Abstimmung mit den Projektbeteiligten und anderen Fachexpert:innen unter Berücksichtigung der bautechnischen und baubetrieblichen Anforderungen. - Organisation, Vorbereitung und Durchführung des Dokumenten- und Qualitätsmanagements im Rahmen des Inbetriebnahmeprozesses, einschließlich des Auflagenmanagements. - Verantwortlich für die termingerechte Erstellung und Bereitstellung der Inbetriebnahme-Dossiers sowie weiterer Unterlagen. - Fachliche Beratung der Projektleitung und anderer Beteiligter während des gesamten Inbetriebnahmeprozesses und regelmäßige Berichterstattung über relevante neue Entwicklungen. - Koordination des CSM-Verfahrens bei Bedarf und erste:r Ansprechpartner:in für relevante Stakeholder:innen im Projekt. Qualifications - Abgeschlossenes Fach- oder Hochschulstudium in Bauingenieurwesen, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Verkehrsingenieurwesen, Elektrotechnik oder einem vergleichbaren Bereich. - Alternativ abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Bauüberwacher, Bahn- oder Fachbauüberwacher sowie mehrjährige relevante Berufserfahrung. - Fundierte Erfahrung aus Realisierungs- und Inbetriebnahmephasen von (Bahn-)Infrastrukturprojekten. - Idealerweise bereits aktive Begleitung von IBN-Verfahren. - Kenntnis der EBA-Verwaltungsvorschriften VV BAU, VV BAU-STE, VV IBG Infrastruktur sowie der Rechtsverordnungen EIGV und TSI oder Bereitschaft, sich in diese Normen einzuarbeiten. - Fundierte Kenntnisse in MS Office und Bereitschaft, sich eigenständig in neue Systeme und Tools einzuarbeiten. - Strukturiertes, konzeptionelles Denken und selbstbewusstes Auftreten. - Motivation, eigene Ideen einzubringen. - Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
