• Own the Full Sales Cycle: Proactively hunt for new business with enterprise brands, manage the complete sales pipeline, and close deals with marketing decision-makers at leading companies. • Drive Revenue Growth: Develop and execute a strategic plan to consistently meet and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets. • Build Strategic Partnerships: Cultivate and maintain strong, influential relationships with key stakeholders at enterprise brands, including CMOs, VPs of Marketing, and media/performance marketing leaders. • Serve as a Trusted Consultant: Deliver compelling, insight-led sales presentations that articulate how Life360's first-party location data and in-app advertising experiences solve real business challenges—from driving foot traffic to understanding family purchase behavior. • Master of Negotiation: Lead contract negotiations with a focus on creating long-term, mutually beneficial partnerships that deliver measurable ROI. • Be the Voice of the Customer: Collaborate effectively with internal teams across Ad Operations, Marketing, Product, and Measurement to ensure seamless campaign delivery and exceptional client service. • Stay Ahead of the Curve: Maintain a deep understanding of industry trends, the competitive landscape, location-based advertising innovation, and your clients' evolving needs.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 6+ years of experience in a digital media sales "hunter" role, preferably with enterprise brands.
- Demonstrated experience and success in selling directly to brands and marketing decision-makers.
- A proven track record of consistently exceeding sales goals and a strong history of personal and professional achievement.
- Extensive experience and a robust network within West Coast-based industries including Entertainment, Technology, Retail, QSR, CPG, Automotive, and/or other family-focused verticals.
- An established network of brand contacts at enterprise companies, particularly among marketing and media leaders.
- Expertise in the digital advertising ecosystem, including mobile advertising, first-party data solutions, location-based marketing, and measurement/attribution.
- Experience selling contextual advertising, in-app sponsorships, or custom branded experiences.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to translate complex data capabilities into clear business value.
