• Development of microfrontends using React, ensuring modularity, scalability, and standardization across squads; • Development and maintenance of backend services and BFFs using NestJS; • Development and maintenance of internal libraries for the design system and logging; • Continuous improvement of logging and monitoring using Datadog and Kibana; • Identification and remediation of vulnerabilities using Snyk and security best practices; • Full participation in the development lifecycle: refinement, development, testing, deployment, and production support.

• Responsible for analyzing, developing, supporting, and deploying projects related to telecommunications and bots; • Provide support for testing (UAT) and production alongside users and integrated systems; • Participate in system modeling and in the development of applications supporting Call Center systems; • Monitor the implementation of activities involving modifications to the IVR/bots; • Propose improvement plans according to business needs; • Gather business requirements and rules; • Participate in the preparation of project/operations planning; • Availability to support occasional deployments on weekends and outside business hours; • Commitment and a proactive attitude.

• Responsible for overall ownership of the EiPaaS application (Bridgegate) and its environment. • Ensure the accurate, timely, and compliant processing of 834 electronic files, provider files, and other items processed through the EiPaaS/Bridgegate application. • Maintain enterprise-wide oversight of all Bridgegate workflows. • Serve as the operational subject matter expert for electronic file integrations. • Ensure that all workflows function reliably to support downstream business processes. • Manage end-to-end processing of HIPAA-compliant healthcare EDI transaction sets, including 834 enrollment files. • Interpret and implement EDI files in accordance with ANSI ASC X12 standards. • Build, configure, and maintain templates for new 834 electronic files as business needs evolve. • Support onboarding of new partners and file configurations. • Maintain working knowledge of ANSI ASC X12 EDI standards and transaction set structures. • Monitor all EiPaaS/Bridgegate workflows, not limited to 834 transactions. • Serve as the primary point of contact for all EiPaaS related issues.
