Sales Development Manager

• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of Sales Development Representatives to consistently meet and exceed pipeline and meeting targets. • Act as a player-coach, providing hands-on coaching through call reviews, deal and account strategy sessions, and ongoing skill development. • Collaborate with Marketing and Demand Gen to build alignment across the pipeline generation process • Own SDR onboarding and ongoing enablement, ensuring clear expectations, strong ramp, and continuous development. • Monitor and manage team performance through clear KPIs, including activity, conversion rates, pipeline creation, and attainment. • Forecast weekly, monthly, and quarterly team performance, proactively identifying risks and course-correcting as needed. • Foster a high-performance, inclusive team culture grounded in growth mindset, accountability, Radical Candor, and shared success. • Identify and implement improvements to scale efficiency through tooling, automation, and experimentation.

Job Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience managing or leading a Sales Development or similar pipeline generation team in a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Proven ability to coach, develop, and retain high-performing SDRs, with a track record of internal promotion and growth.
  • Strong understanding of inbound and outbound sales motions, pipeline metrics, and forecasting.
  • Experience partnering cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and RevOps to drive results.
  • Comfort operating in a fast-paced, evolving environment with a test and learn mindset.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to deliver clear, actionable feedback.
  • High ownership mentality: organized, data-driven, and proactive in identifying and solving problems.
  • Experience with modern sales tools such as Salesforce, Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Gong, Orum, Usergems or similar.
  • Nice to have: Experience with automated outbound or intent-based tooling such as 6sense, Clay, conversational email tools, or similar.
  • Experience supporting both SMB and enterprise sales motions.
