We’re seeking a highly analytical, systems-minded clinical operations leader who thrives at the intersection of strategy and execution. This role is ideal for someone who has lived inside complex healthcare workflows, understands where operational friction lives, and is energized by redesigning process, building performance visibility, and automating what shouldn’t be manual. Reporting to the Head of Operations, you’ll serve as a strategic partner to Clinical Ops leadership and a driving force behind scalable infrastructure that supports trial execution excellence. As our Clinical Escalations Manager, you’ll own our most complex and high-priority medical record retrieval cases and improve the systems behind them. This is a hands-on role with strategic impact. You won’t just resolve escalations; you’ll identify why they happened, surface trends, and work cross-functionally to prevent them in the future. You’ll also play a key role in developing team performance - sharing best practices, coaching coordinators, and helping raise the operational bar across the organization.
