• Make 200–300 outbound calls per day to qualified leads • Help prospective customers understand and purchase the right personal lines insurance including (auto, home, renters, boat, motorcycle, umbrella, condor, or bundled insurance policy) • Hit and exceed your goal of 30+ policies sold per month, with multi-product sales encouraged and rewarded • Follow up persistently, manage your pipeline, and close deals confidently • Maintain accurate records in our CRM database (Salesforce, allstate lead manager, hearsay texting tools, personal notes) • Study and pass licensing for Resident state a must- (self-paced, company-supported)
Job Requirements
- Active Property & Casualty Insurance License in your home state (required)
- High-volume outbound call center or insurance sales experience is a plus
- Willingness to work a structured day with heavy dial activity and accountability to metrics
- Ability to self-manage in a fully remote environment
- Confidence with tech platforms including quoting tools and CRMs
- Motivation to earn uncapped bonuses and outperform average sellers
- Ability to multi task
