Role Description Join us in developing tomorrow’s Demand Response Transport technology solutions – making every journey matter. Join the dynamic team at Voyagerr, transforming public transportation through software solutions specifically within the Demand Response Transport sector. We are looking for a Senior Sales Manager to lead complex, high-value sales of IT solutions to public sector and government-owned organizations across multiple markets. This is a fully remote role based in Sweden or Norway. This is a senior, hands-on role where you will own the full sales lifecycle — from early stakeholder engagement and opportunity shaping, through tender and procurement processes, to contract negotiation and long-term customer relationships. You will work closely with solution experts, delivery teams, legal, and finance, acting as the commercial lead in competitive, regulated environments. Qualifications - Fluent in English and in Norwegian or Swedish Requirements - Own and drive complex sales processes for enterprise IT solutions within the public sector in the Scandinavian territory. - Identify, qualify, and develop opportunities with public companies, authorities, and government bodies. - Build long-term relationships with senior stakeholders, decision-makers, and procurement organizations. - Develop account strategies for key public sector customers across multiple countries. - Lead tender processes (RFPs, RFQs, ITTs) from start to finish. - Coordinate internal bid teams including solution architects, delivery, legal, and finance. - Shape winning proposals with a strong focus on value, compliance, risk, and commercial viability. - Ensure all bids meet regulatory, contractual, and governance requirements. - Own pricing strategies, commercial models, and contractual positioning. - Lead contract negotiations with public procurement bodies. - Manage complex contractual structures, including framework agreements and multi-year contracts. - Balance commercial objectives with compliance, delivery feasibility, and long-term partnerships. - Work across borders with international teams and customers. - Support market expansion and scaling of public sector sales in multiple geographies. - Share best practices across regions for tender processes and public procurement sales.
