Area Manager

Solenis

• The Area Manager will be responsible for the commercial sales operation for their area. • Utilize the Solenis Vision, Mission and Cultural Beliefs to lead the people in the territory and deliver solutions and value to Solenis customers, new and existing. • Develop and Execute growth strategies for the business and skill development strategies for team members. • Lead and manage safety for the team • Ensure team members are completing proactive safety measures • Manage cost budget • Provide sales forecasts for revenue and gross profit • Establish and maintain high level customer relationships at key accounts • Coach and Lead team for technical and selling strategies • Maintain a healthy sales opportunity funnel

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in chemical engineering, pulp and paper science or will consider relevant experience
  • Approximately 7+ years of experience in Pulp & Paper
