AI-Enabled Compliance Reviewer This Role As an AI-Enabled Compliance Reviewer at Norm Ai, you will serve as a dedicated compliance reviewer for Norm Ai’s clients, some of the largest asset management firms in the world. You will function as an extension of each client’s legal and compliance team while conducting reviews with the Norm Ai compliance platform. The role combines hands-on compliance judgment with close collaboration alongside Norm’s Legal Engineers to translate regulatory requirements, review standards, and examination practices into AI-native workflows and agents. In addition to supporting compliance reviews, regulatory examinations, and advisory engagements, you will help define how compliance work is operationalized, automated, and continuously applied within an AI-driven operating model. What You’ll Do You will serve as a compliance reviewer for Norm Ai clients, assigned to one or more client engagements at a time for multi-month review periods. During each assignment, you will function as an extension of the client’s compliance team, conducting reviews using Norm’s AI-powered compliance platform. Perform hands-on regulatory reviews across marketing materials, disclosures, policies and procedures, and surveillance outputs, applying professional compliance judgment alongside AI-assisted analysis.
