• As a Solutions Architect you will design and guide implementation of enterprise Microsoft 365 solutions that support collaboration, automation, knowledge sharing, and service optimization. • You will provide architecture support across the M365 cloud platform, aligning technical capabilities with operational needs while helping evaluate new solutions, improve platform performance, and strengthen enterprise adoption of modern Microsoft technologies. • Architect M365-based solutions that support enterprise collaboration, workflow automation, and scalable service delivery across the tenant. • Guide the configuration and establishment of Power Platform environments, ensuring architectural decisions support maintainability, governance, and long-term operational success. • Assess Dataverse environment performance and usage trends, recommending architectural improvements to data models, capacity utilization, and solution reliability. • Support troubleshooting of M365 incident and task tickets by providing technical guidance on complex issues affecting platform services and user-facing solutions. • Define solution approaches for Copilot, Power BI, Power Apps, and Power Automate use cases, while assisting users and stakeholders with issue resolution and adoption needs. • Support OneDrive tenant and backup solution architecture, helping ensure services are configured to meet operational, continuity, and data retention requirements. • Contribute to SharePoint Online architecture and administration activities, aligning platform capabilities with business requirements and enterprise standards. • Lead or support proofs of concept and pilot efforts by evaluating technical fit, documenting findings, and recommending scalable implementation paths. • Develop or guide scripting approaches that improve automation, streamline administration, and enhance support for OneDrive and broader M365 capabilities. • Ensure architectural documentation, schedules, status inputs, risks, mitigations, and deliverables are maintained accurately and reported on time to program stakeholders.

• Architect and design secure cloud solutions within a Department of the Navy virtual private cloud hosted on Microsoft Azure Flank speed • Lead planning and execution of migration from on premises systems to cloud environments while ensuring continuity of mission operations • Develop cloud architectures supporting NIPR SIPR and JWICS domains in coordination with government stakeholders • Design and maintain cloud networking identity access management storage and compute architectures aligned with Zero Trust principles • Integrate cybersecurity controls in accordance with Risk Management Framework NIST Intelligence Community Directive and Department of Defense policies • Support Assessment and Authorization activities including development of system security plans security assessment reports and plans of action and milestones • Coordinate with enterprise architects cybersecurity teams application developers and operations teams to ensure interoperable and secure cloud services • Support cloud cost modeling usage tracking and optimization to meet government financial management requirements • Develop and maintain technical documentation including architecture diagrams system designs and standard operating procedures • Provide guidance on cloud best practices automation scalability disaster recovery and high availability • Support transition activities ensuring required cloud skill sets are available throughout the contract lifecycle

• Serve as on-site lead for 5 personnel while providing requirements development for the Navy Continuous Training Environment (NCTE) Program, specifically: • Utilize Naval Warfare expertise to review training and readiness programs for Live, Virtual, Constructive requirements supporting United States Fleet Forces Command (USFF)/Commander Pacific Fleet (CPF). • Manage an on-site team in Virginia Beach, Va consisting of LVC subject matter experts supporting requirements development for U.S Navy, Joint and other services, and coalition and multinational partners • Develop Fleet level use cases and requirements in support of LVC training capabilities. • Conduct analyses and develop white papers as appropriate to support projects in support of Fleet LVC training requirements. • Provide support and subject matter expertise for current Fleet Training Requirements Management Group processes and interface with Fleet training experts to develop new and enduring LVC requirements. • Coordinate as needed with Naval Systems Commands, to integrate requirements for constructive and virtual representations and training systems to meet current and future U.S Navy training objectives. • Provide large staff level support for training and readiness requirements development. • Coordinate and liaison with Fleet and Maritime Operations Center (MOC) stakeholders in the development and execution of into LVC training and MOC above-Secret training initiatives.
