Overview Cypress Creek Energy is seeking a skilled Insurance Risk Manager to oversee its insurance and corporate risk management program. This role serves as the internal subject matter expert, responsible for identifying risk exposures, analyzing and classifying risks, and developing solutions that ensure optimal coverage, cost efficiency, and effective claim settlements to support business growth. The preferred candidate will possess substantial experience in commercial risk and insurance, with a strong background in commercial property and casualty insurance, as well as construction insurance in the energy industry. The Insurance Risk Manager will report directly to the General Counsel. Responsibilities - Work with internal teams and stakeholders to provide risk management and insurance advice. - Manage policy renewals for all corporate and project insurance programs including, but not limited to, coordinating renewal applications, attending meetings with insurance carriers, and coordinating with the Company’s outside insurance brokers. - Support on the reporting, processing and negotiation of insurance claims. - Aid in the development of a risk philosophy balancing the necessary coverage required to meet the company's needs with overall cost effectiveness and risk appetite. - Maintain and review for accuracy insurance documentation including but not limited to annual binder and policy documents, endorsements, invoices, renewals and insurance program audits. - Support the development of insurance budgets at the corporate and project levels. - Manage insurance brokers, insurers and stakeholder relationships to optimize cost and coverage. - Participate in due diligence on insurance and other risk management areas for M&A activity. - Collaborate with legal and procurement teams to address insurance provisions in vendor contracts. - Create insurance provision standards and provide training for employees in other departments of the Company. - Support the development and asset management teams in ensuring compliance with financing party insurance requirements. - Support other departments in verifying counterparty compliance with contractual obligations related to insurance. QA/QC Solar Technician

Role Description Cypress Creek Energy is seeking a highly motivated QA/QC Solar Technician with utility solar experience to conduct quality control inspections and corrective maintenance on solar PV systems. This role is remote, ideally based in North Carolina, with extensive travel required to job sites nationwide. - Conduct on-site inspections and evaluations of solar photovoltaic facilities. - Assist in planning and executing daily activities. - Analyze construction methods and ensure adherence to quality standards. - Inspect work across civil, mechanical, and electrical scopes. - Generate detailed inspection reports and maintain thorough documentation. - Maintain accurate records of inspections for permanent files. - Identify and address punch list items. - Perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of solar PV systems. - Conduct DC and AC testing, including polarity, open circuit voltage, grounding continuity, insulation resistance testing, and I-V curve tracing. - Perform drone (sUAS) and handheld infrared thermography inspections. - Maintain tools, instruments, and inventory stock. - Identify and mitigate safety hazards. - Collaborate effectively with project teams to optimize site performance. This role serves as the on-site safety leader and owner’s representative, responsible for overseeing all aspects of site safety performance and ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, as well as Cypress Creek Renewables’ HSSE policies and standards. The Site Safety Manager will provide strong field leadership, partner closely with construction management and contractors, and drive a proactive safety culture focused on prevention, accountability, and continuous improvement. • Identify potential clients active in Cypress Creek Solutions target markets and complete appropriate research on their business and needs • Outreach: through personal and professional networks reach out to prospective clients to establish relationships with Cypress Creek Solutions • Sales meetings: run in-person and videoconference sales meetings to explain Cypress Creek Solutions service offerings and value proposition, find opportunities to collaborate on, understand the customer’s procurement process • Proposal management: management and execution responsibility for proposal development, working closely with Cypress Creek Solutions Business Development Analyst and key stakeholders • Proposal follow up: follow up with the client to ensure Cypress Creek Solutions remains in the RFP process and amend the proposal to address client feedback • Log and track all opportunities and account outreach in CRM for executive level report out • Develop relationships with prospective clients, while maintaining existing client relationships • Market research: keep up to date on all news related to clients and industry trends to drive go to market approach • Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets • Contract negotiation: negotiate key commercial and technical terms with the client, collaborate with O&M team to execute contracts aligned to target profitability and risk exposure • Support Account Management team in capturing new business with existing customers and additional scope on existing contracts

• Works closely with Development to help review and address upfront construction and execution-related issues earlier in the project lifecycle, including constructability assessments, site visits, permitting, collaboration with JHA’s, and general collaboration and support of the early to mid-stage projects • Leads development of detailed baseline Project schedules which incorporate the appropriate durations necessary for each of the respective teams to perform and complete their work including contingencies • Provides input and review of pipeline project schedules for investment approval projects • Support the completion of preliminary engineering specifications for construction and supply contracts • Contribute to the development of detailed project management and construction strategy including implementation plans, budgets, and schedules • Manage the EPC RFP process including the scoping, identification, evaluation, selection, and final approval • Lead EPC contract execution including early-stage engineering and design in conjunction with legal, contract management, and execution • Participate in the identification and selection of suppliers • Coordinate with Cost Estimating & Controls to develop and maintain project budgeting and cash spend forecasts • Manage the integration and alignment of all project stakeholders – host weekly project status meetings • Develop effective relationships with contractors and suppliers to support the execution strategy • Embrace and live by the mission and values of Cypress Creek Renewables • Additional duties as required
