• Build, lead, and develop a team of Sales Representatives responsible for new customer acquisition through high-activity outbound efforts • Drive a performance culture centered around consistent prospect engagement across channels, including phone-based outreach and strategic email sequencing • Establish and implement scalable sales processes, cadences, and best practices to support a growing outbound acquisition engine • Drive strategies to acquire new customers, grow Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR), and contribute meaningfully to Bluehost’s next phase of revenue growth • Track and analyze key sales metrics: conversion rates, pipeline health, activity levels, and funnel performance, to continuously optimize results • Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to develop targeted messaging, sales enablement content, and co-sell on high-value opportunities • Partner with executive leadership to report on performance, forecast outcomes, and contribute to broader company initiatives • Continuously test and refine outreach strategies to improve engagement and differentiate in a competitive market

Job Requirements

  • Experienced sales leader with a proven track record in SaaS, PaaS, or tech sales: hosting industry experience is strongly preferred
  • Proven success leading outbound/new customer acquisition efforts, with a track record of exceeding pipeline and revenue targets
  • Strong understanding of high-volume prospecting environments, with the ability to coach teams on effective live conversation techniques and written outreach strategies
  • Demonstrated success building teams from the ground up, including hiring, structuring, and scaling high-performing organizations
  • Proven ability to create, implement, and refine sales processes that drive efficiency and repeatable success
  • Strong operational mindset: pipeline management, accurate forecasting, and performance tracking come naturally
