Enterprise Account Manager

Quest Software

• Drive new business across assigned territory or vertical; identify, qualify, and close large‑scale enterprise opportunities. • Grow footprint within large enterprise customers through deep account planning, stakeholder mapping, and value‑based selling. • Leverage Quest’s broad portfolio to increase solution adoption and expand ARR. • Full Sales Cycle Ownership. From prospecting to qualification, discovery, solution strategy, business case development, and closing. • Identify customer needs across cybersecurity, data management, SaaS, AI‑readiness, platform modernization, and data governance. • Maintain high-quality pipeline and ensure CRM excellence. • Work closely with Pre‑Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Product, and Channel teams to deliver strong customer outcomes. • Execute a structured territory or account plan aligned to revenue targets and customer expansion potential.

Job Requirements

  • Strong track record in Enterprise Sales with proven quota achievement.
  • Experience in SaaS, cybersecurity, identity security, data management, or IT infrastructure solutions.
  • Demonstrated success in hunter roles, new ARR generation, and enterprise expansion.
  • Ability to drive multi‑million ACV opportunities in complex enterprise environments.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and executive‑level presentation skills.
  • Experience with value‑based sales methodologies (Value Selling, MEDDICC, Challenger, etc.).
  • Comfortable working with C‑level and senior IT leadership.
  • Fluent in English; German and/or Scandinavian languages are a strong advantage depending on region.
  • Willingness to travel within the region.
