Job Title: React Developer (Remote) Location: Remote Duration- Full-Time Job Overview We are seeking a skilled React Developer to join a distributed team supporting a financial services client. You will be responsible for building high-performance, secure, and scalable front-end applications used in critical financial workflows. Key Responsibilities - Develop and maintain responsive web applications using React.js - Translate UI/UX designs into high-quality, reusable code - Collaborate with backend developers, product managers, and designers - Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and security - Implement state management solutions (e.g., Redux, Context API) - Ensure code quality through testing, code reviews, and best practices - Integrate RESTful APIs and financial data services - Handle cross-browser compatibility and accessibility standards Required Skills & Qualifications - Strong experience with JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3 - Hands-on expertise in React.js and its core principles - Experience with state management libraries (Redux, Zustand, or similar) - Familiarity with API integration (REST/GraphQL) - Understanding of Git and version control workflows - Experience with modern build tools (Webpack, Vite, etc.) - Knowledge of responsive design and cross-browser compatibility Preferred Qualifications - Experience working in financial services or FinTech domains - Understanding of security best practices in web applications - Familiarity with testing frameworks (Jest, React Testing Library) - Exposure to CI/CD pipelines - Experience with TypeScript is a plus Soft Skills - Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking - Ability to work independently in a remote setup - Excellent communication and collaboration skills - Attention to detail, especially in data-sensitive applications Nice to Have - Experience with micro-frontend architecture - Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) - Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
