Senior Director, Epidemiology
RTI International
• Conduct meaningful work in a collaborative, cross-functional environment. • Contribute to business development activities to bring new project opportunities with new and existing clients. • Lead teams responsible for project implementation and dissemination. • Participate in regulatory meetings as required. • Provide strategic consultation to pharmaceutical companies on pharmacoepidemiology and other regulatory grade RWE topics. • Contribute to proposals and projects and serve as a mentor to colleagues.
Job Requirements
- PhD in Epidemiology or equivalent.
- Life sciences background highly valued
- 15 years of directly related experience in the field of pharmacoepidemiology, risk management and other regulatory-grade RWE research and consultation, including roles in regulatory meetings
- Demonstrated understanding of good pharmacoepidemiology/RWE practices and regulations, as well as international research networks in pharmacoepidemiology/RWE
- Demonstrated record of publications in peer reviewed journals
- Leadership roles in ISPE or equivalent professional societies, working groups and networks.
- The working language is English; additional languages will be highly valued.
