• Own the process to breakdown and analyze P&L statements and rent rolls to provide strategic insights and recommendations. • Analyze and interpret complex Regulatory Agreements • Utilize and maintain databases which track investment sales activity, construction pipeline, and other relevant real estate metrics. • Lead in creating the presentation of complex financial analyses providing strategic advice and actionable insights to clients. • Will occasionally present and support analyses to clients. • Review industry surveys and benchmarks, economic and demographic trends to identify opportunities and risks for clients. • Active research, writing, and proofing of market intelligence for marketing materials. • Prepare and present the results of the analysis, including graphics and charts, in a clear and concise manner. • Exhibit strong leadership in prioritizing tasks, managing multiple assignments, and adapting to rapidly changing priorities in a team environment. • Utilize market intelligence to craft the story for the deal. • Other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
- Must have direct LIHTC (Low Income Housing Tax Credit) experience.
- Strategic thinker with ability to look at situations from differing points of view; able to challenge decisions as appropriate; persuasive with details and facts.
- Comfortable taking charge and dealing with ambiguity to achieve successful outcomes.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with strong internal and external customer service skills.
- Must be organized, resourceful, flexible, task-oriented/driven to closure and can thrive under pressure.
- Ability to analyze and interpret complex Regulatory Agreements
- Exceptionally strong Excel modeling skills, with experience with VBA and complex formulas.
- Experience with data analytics such as demographics, competitors, industry and real estate trends, etc.
- Ability to think commercially about the needs and requirements of different client groups, including investment management firms, brokers, and lenders.
- Strong work ethic with the ability to work independently and deliver results with minimal supervision.
- Ability to work effectively both as an individual and as part of a team are a must.
- Ability to simplify and effectively communicate complex ideas in writing and through data visualization techniques to diverse audiences.
- Must be proficient in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint)
- Experience using Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, etc.) a plus.

Henry Schein One is seeking an experienced Executive Director of Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) to serve as a strategic finance leader across our software portfolio. This role plays a critical part in shaping business strategy by delivering clear financial insight, disciplined forecasting, and data-driven decision support in a recurring-revenue SaaS environment. Partnering closely with executive leadership and cross-functional teams – including Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and Operations – the Executive Director, FP&A translates strategy into actionable financial plans while driving transparency, accountability, and scalable growth. This leader will own enterprise-wide forecasting, budgeting, long-range planning, and performance management, with a strong focus on ARR economics, bookings and sales performance, unit economics, and operational metrics that inform executive decisions. They are hands-on and not afraid to roll up their sleeves when the business needs it, while also operating effectively at a strategic level.
