Job Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in outbound prospecting, preferably in a software or technology environment.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Desire to transition into an Account Executive role within 6 months.
- Strong proficiency in using HubSpot CRM for business development and client management.
- Excellent relationship-building skills and a strategic approach to business expansion.
- Advanced outbound/cold-calling skills, with proficiency in tools such as Apollo, Lusha, and ZoomInfo.
- Ability to engage in high-level conversations with a strong intellectual quotient (IQ).
- Fluency in both English and Spanish (written and verbal), with the ability to conduct professional business conversations in both languages.
