Role Description We’re looking for a Webflow Developer who is hands-on, detail-oriented, and fast-moving. You’ll handle page builds, CMS management, front-end updates, SEO implementation, and site optimization, while taking full ownership of the website’s front-end growth. You’ll work closely with marketing and design teams to turn ideas, briefs, and wireframes into polished, production-ready pages that support the company’s scaling goals. Responsibilities - Build, update, and maintain pages and components in Webflow, including CMS collections, reusable components, page templates, and interactions. - Manage CMS content structure, including collection pages, landing pages, new resources, and site section expansion without disrupting existing architecture. - Turn briefs, wireframes, and approved copy into polished, responsive pages that align with brand standards across desktop and mobile. - Implement technical and performance improvements across the site, including: - SEO-driven updates such as metadata, redirects, schema, internal linking, and crawlability. - Performance optimization including image handling, page weight, layout stability, and script management. - Custom code embeds, third-party integrations, and responsive media handling when needed. - Collaborate closely with marketing and design teams to continuously improve the site as business needs grow. - Own the front-end experience by balancing speed, quality, usability, and scalability. Qualifications - You have solid hands-on experience with Webflow, including CMS, page builds, interactions, and site structure. - You have strong front-end fundamentals in HTML, CSS, responsive layout, spacing systems, and clean implementation practices. - You understand how front-end decisions affect speed, stability, usability, and SEO, and you know how to execute accordingly. - You are proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable moving from request to execution without heavy oversight. We acquire, rehabilitate, and manage properties across long-term, mid-term, and short-term rental channels. We’re looking for a Property Operations & Maintenance Coordinator to become the backbone of our operations. You’ll oversee maintenance coordination, vendor management, and property readiness across multiple units. This role blends operational precision with customer experience, acting as the central hub connecting field teams, contractors, and internal stakeholders to keep everything running efficiently.
