• Develop and execute a target account map across IOUs, Co-ops, and IPPs to build a qualified pipeline • Own the full hunting funnel from cold outreach to executive negotiation • Activate and manage a network of US-based technology and service partners • Partner closely with your SF-based Solution Architect to design pilot scopes • Translate robotic capabilities into CFO-ready business outcomes • Structure every deal with a clear roadmap for multi-site scaling • Feed critical intelligence on US regulatory shifts and competitive dynamics back to our Product teams

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience closing high-value, complex enterprise deals (6–7 figures) involving software-enabled hardware or industrial automation
  • Deep existing relationships within the US utility ecosystem (NextEra, Duke, Southern Co, etc.)
  • Expert at leveraging pre-sales engineers and partners strategically
  • The discipline to navigate long, multi-stakeholder sales cycles
  • Ability to command a room of C-suite stakeholders
  • Enough technical "street cred" to lead discovery sessions independently
  • University degree in Engineering, Business, or a related technical field
  • Based in the San Francisco area with the flexibility to travel 30–40% across the Americas

This is a "Closer-Investigator" role designed for a tenacious individual who excels at the "Second-Wave" engagement strategy. You will take the relay from the initial sales team to find "ghosted" claimants and guide them to the finish line. CORE RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Forensic Research & Skip Tracing (30% of Role) ● Digital Sleuthing: Utilize verified databases (the same ones used by law enforcement) and "light" skip tracing to find updated contact info for claimants who have gone silent. ● OSINT Intelligence: Conduct deep-dive research into social media (LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.) to identify claimant patterns and alternative contact methods. ● Genealogical Verification: Work alongside our genealogists to confirm heirship and identity using public records and probate data. 2. Collaborative "Tag-Team" Outreach ● The Relay: Act as the fresh voice for the division. When a lead goes cold for a colleague, you "invert" the lead by applying a new angle, addressing previous objections, and re-establishing trust. ● Documentation: Maintain rigorous due diligence and call notes in our CRM to ensure a seamless "hand-off" experience for the claimant. 3.
