• Lead customer development strategy in collaboration with the Key Industry Sales Manager, including account segmentation, target setting, and multi-site growth planning. • Own and support sales forecasting and pipeline accuracy by partnering with local sales teams and actively managing opportunities in Salesforce. • Proactively identify, qualify, and advance up-sell and cross-sell opportunities across complex, multi-location customer organizations using data-driven account insights. • Prospect and introduce new products and solutions • Monitor competitive activity, pricing, and solution positioning; develop and execute competitive response strategies. • Support the negotiation, structuring, and closing of complex sales agreements with strategic and multi-site accounts. • Own and coordinate commercial and technical approval processes, ensuring timely decision-making and seamless execution across internal stakeholders. • Act as the primary strategic liaison between assigned accounts and all Chemetall functions. • Develop and sustain executive-level relationships with key customer decision-makers, influencers, and site leaders. • Identify and support key customer business reviews to assess performance and align on strategic priorities. • Advise regional sales team on account(s) activities. • Share market insights and trends with Regional Marketing management. • Provides input into segment strategy.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering, chemistry, engineering, or business administration is preferred.
- Experience in Metal Working Fluids is required.
- High level of efficiency in sales process.
- Project management skills.
- Demonstrated business acumen.
- Sales acumen (account & relationship management, value-based selling, etc.)

• Supervise a team of around 12-15 Outbound Phone Sales Representatives, providing daily support, coaching, and performance management. • Monitor individual and team performance to ensure sales targets, contact center KPIs, and customer satisfaction goals are met and exceeded. • Provide ongoing training, coaching, feedback, and career development opportunities to empower team members and enhance their sales skills. • Collaborate with the Customer Success Contact Center Leadership team to refine outbound sales strategies, tools, and workflows. • Build and maintain a collaborative, high-energy environment that aligns with Mood’s values and promotes engagement and team morale. • Track and report on key performance metrics, using data insights to identify opportunities for improvement and drive decision-making. • Work closely with other departments, including Marketing and Product, to align on customer insights and support broader company initiatives.
