Purpose of Role The Under Armour Enterprise Architecture team is responsible for ensuring alignment between architectural roadmaps, business strategies, and supporting operational and enterprise transformation activities. The team is currently seeking a Sr Lead Enterprise Architect with experience working with HR, Legal and Product. This role helps ensure the application portfolio aligns with business needs, enterprise standards, legal requirements, and industry best practices. The architect produces detailed documentation for applications, projects, processes, governance, patterns, principles and integrations. This role also partners closely with technical leaders, solution architects and stakeholders to ensure alignment, integrate new technologies, rationalize redundant applications, produce architecture roadmaps, provide insight into industry trends and drive innovation. The ideal candidate has extensive experience as a lead engineer or solutions architect in the HR, Legal and Product spaces and experience operating within TOGAF or similar Enterprise Architecture framework. • Act as the primary architect for client solutions, assisting customers with complex architecture and design decisions for both cloud-based (SaaS, VPC) and on-premises AI systems. • Lead the hands-on design and development of AI solutions, including RAG pipelines, agentic workflows, and LLM-powered applications. • Serve as the technical lead for Professional Services engagements, coordinating between the customer’s technical staff and Vectara’s internal Product and Engineering teams to ensure delivery excellence. • Conduct deep evaluations and performance tuning of retrieval and agentic pipelines to ensure applications meet rigorous enterprise requirements. • Present sophisticated technical strategies to customer leadership, translating complex AI concepts into clear, impactful business value.

• Lead the implementation of a cloud-based data ingestion, transformation, analytics, and business intelligence reporting platform for the Finance team • Design and implement a secure, scalable AWS-based data lake and analytics architecture • Develop automated data ingestion pipelines from financial and operational systems • Build ETL/ELT workflows using AWS Glue and related services • Configure and manage data governance and access controls using AWS Lake Formation • Optimize storage and query performance in Amazon S3 and Amazon Athena • Develop dashboards and financial BI reports in Amazon QuickSight • Apply infrastructure-as-code principles using Terraform • Ensure data quality, integrity, and consistency across financial datasets • Translate finance team requirements into technical data models and reporting solutions • Collaborate with finance stakeholders to define KPIs, metrics, and reporting structures • Implement best practices for security, cost optimization, and performance tuning

• Architect, design, and maintain Conga CPQ solutions integrated with Salesforce Sales Cloud • Support the full quote-to-cash lifecycle, including product configuration, pricing, quoting, and order/contract creation • Design scalable CPQ configurations that support advertising, subscription, and SaaS business models • Design and maintain complex product catalogs, including SKUs, bundles, attributes, and pricing tiers • Implement pricing logic, discounting models, promotions, and recurring charges • Configure price rules, price books, and calculation logic • Build and optimize guided selling flows and configuration rules • Implement validation logic to ensure accurate and compliant quotes • Maintain approval workflows and discount governance • Implement and maintain quote templates (PDF/Word/HTML) • Integrate CPQ with e-signature platforms (DocuSign / Adobe Sign) • Manage integrations with billing and finance systems such as Zuora, NetSuite, SAP, or internal billing APIs • Establish CPQ governance including change management, release processes, documentation, and audit controls • Troubleshoot production issues and perform root cause analysis • Lead testing strategies including unit, integration, and regression testing • Partner with Sales, Revenue Operations, Finance, and Legal teams • Mentor Salesforce admins and developers on CPQ best practices • Maintain a CPQ product roadmap and evaluate new Conga releases
