• Lead the implementation of a cloud-based data ingestion, transformation, analytics, and business intelligence reporting platform for the Finance team • Design and implement a secure, scalable AWS-based data lake and analytics architecture • Develop automated data ingestion pipelines from financial and operational systems • Build ETL/ELT workflows using AWS Glue and related services • Configure and manage data governance and access controls using AWS Lake Formation • Optimize storage and query performance in Amazon S3 and Amazon Athena • Develop dashboards and financial BI reports in Amazon QuickSight • Apply infrastructure-as-code principles using Terraform • Ensure data quality, integrity, and consistency across financial datasets • Translate finance team requirements into technical data models and reporting solutions • Collaborate with finance stakeholders to define KPIs, metrics, and reporting structures • Implement best practices for security, cost optimization, and performance tuning
Job Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in data engineering, cloud data platforms, or BI solutions
- Proven experience delivering end-to-end AWS data solutions
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Excellent stakeholder communication skills
- Ability to work independently in a contract role and deliver within tight timelines

Role Description The company is growing its in-house architectural capacity to bring permit drawing production and design development fully under one roof, reducing reliance on external consultants and tightening control over project timelines and quality. - Lead the full production of wood-frame multifamily construction drawings from schematic design through to issued-for-permit sets, independently and without supervision. - Develop complete permit CD sets including site plans, floor plans, elevations, sections, and construction details using Revit. - Prepare site plans for multi-building infill and small tract multifamily developments. - Produce and manage design drawings across all phases: SD, DD, and CD. - Ensure all drawings meet Ontario Building Code requirements and are permit-ready. - Liaise with the development team to align architectural drawings with budget, schedule, and construction methodology.
