Role Description The Linux Sys Admin will be responsible for reviewing and assessing the existing tech stack and take ownership alongside the Application Infrastructure Manager of the ongoing design, support and administration of both the application and DB stacks across Production and Non-Production environments. The person will report to the Application Infrastructure Manager within the Technology pillar whilst also partnering with the wider technology team in terms of strategical direction – this person will be proactive, willing to take the initiative and suggest solutions and approaches that will make a real tangible difference to the platform, the team that support it and the wider business as a whole. Responsibilities - Collaboratively work with the application team to meet and exceed application requirements, offering new solutions where appropriate. - Work with the Application Infrastructure Manager to define an effective infrastructure support and maintenance strategy. - Help tune performance and ensure high availability of infrastructure, including Out Of Hours support where necessary. - Design and develop infrastructure monitoring and reporting tools including regular provision of key metrics. - Create tools to help teams make the most out of the available infrastructure. - Work collaboratively across a variety of areas, balancing competing priorities and managing relationships with a range of internal stakeholders to ensure delivery of key priorities. Qualifications - Previous experience of supporting and administering Linux servers in virtualized / Cloud environments, including Oracle DB instances. - In depth knowledge of Linux scripting language. - Knowledge of networking, security, and system architecture. - Hands-on Oracle DBA experience. - Experience installing, configuring, and supporting a wide range of services. - Ability to build and monitor services on production servers, including load balancing. - Strong influencing and collaboration skills developed working in a fast-paced environment. - Strong and independent judgement. - Experience of working in complex, cross-boundary environments. - A broad understanding of Technology (including but not limited to Applications, Development, Testing). - Excellent stakeholder communication skills, including non-technical stakeholders. - Excellent experience of working in partnership at all levels of an organisation. Location: Remote Duration: 12 months We are seeking an experienced Epic Willow Analyst to support a new Epic implementation focused on ambulatory pharmacy services. This role will lead the design, build, testing, and activation of outpatient pharmacy workflows within Epic Willow Ambulatory. The analyst will partner with pharmacy leadership, ambulatory providers, nursing, revenue cycle, and IT stakeholders to ensure safe, efficient, and compliant outpatient medication workflows during implementation and go-live. Key Responsibilities: Implementation & Build - Lead configuration and build within Epic Willow Ambulatory for a net-new implementation. - Design outpatient dispensing workflows, refill protocols, and medication work queues. - Build medication records, pharmacy product records, NDC mapping, and formulary structures. - Configure routing rules for e-prescribing, prior authorizations, specialty pharmacy, and retail pharmacy workflows. - Support integration with provider ordering workflows and downstream systems. E-Prescribing & Regulatory Compliance - Configure and optimize electronic prescribing workflows, including controlled substances (EPCS). - Support state PDMP integration and regulatory requirements. - Ensure compliance with DEA, state board of pharmacy, and other regulatory standards. - Build and support real-time prescription benefit (RTPB) and prior authorization integrations where applicable. Revenue Cycle & Specialty Integration - Collaborate with revenue cycle teams to support billing configurations and pharmacy claims workflows. - Support 340B program configuration (if applicable). - Assist with specialty pharmacy workflows, refill management, and adherence programs. - Validate medication pricing and reimbursement setup. Interfaces & Integration - Partner with interface teams to support integrations with third-party pharmacy systems, wholesalers, and clearinghouses. - Support SureScripts connectivity and troubleshoot transmission errors. - Collaborate with ambulatory and clinical application teams to ensure end-to-end workflow integrity. Testing & Go-Live Support - Develop and execute build validation and integrated testing scripts. - Support user acceptance testing (UAT). - Participate in cutover planning and go-live activation. - Provide at-the-elbow support during implementation and stabilization. Documentation & Governance - Maintain detailed build documentation and configuration records. - Participate in medication governance and formulary review committees. - Support training material development and knowledge transfer. Background in settings that prioritize behavioral health as a core component of patient care is strongly preferred. Overview The IAM Access Provisioning Specialist manages user access to lifecycles and executes provisioning and deprovisioning workflows to ensure timely, secure, and auditable access to applications, systems, and cloud resources. This role focuses on accuracy, automation, and compliance while working closely with IT, security, HR, and application teams. This role can be remote anywhere in the country. The salary range for this role is $80,000 to $100,000, plus an annual bonus. Responsibilities - Manage entitlement assignments, group memberships, and role changes across on‑prem and cloud systems. - Process access requests from catalogs and ticketing systems; follow approval workflows and SLA commitments. - Implement and maintain delegated access request processes for application owners. - Create and maintain automation scripts and small tooling (PowerShell, Python) to reduce manual tasks and errors. - Monitor provisioning job health and alerting; triage and resolve provisioning failures and orphan accounts. - Maintain runbooks, SOPs, and knowledgebase articles; provide clear handoffs to support and application teams. - Build automation tools (workflows, scripts, connectors) to reduce manual tasks and scale solutions. - Manage identities, groups, roles, policies, and permissions in major cloud providers (Azure AD/Entra, AWS IAM/IAM Identity Center, Google Cloud IAM). - Prepare and maintain evidence for access-related audits; implement remediation plans for audit findings. - Serve as a point of contact for access-related inquiries; communicate status and resolution steps to requestors. - Develop training materials and run sessions for application owners, helpdesk staff, and certifiers on provisioning processes. - Coordinate with security teams to enforce secure storage and rotation of credentials used by automation and service accounts. Qualifications - Undergraduate degree in computer science, information systems, cybersecurity, or related field preferred. - 2-3+ years of experience with provisioning tools or IAM platforms (Active Directory, Cloud Entitlement Management and SailPoint).Familiarity with directory services (Active Directory, Azure AD) and common identity protocols (SCIM, SAML, OIDC). - Basic scripting ability in PowerShell or Python. - Experience with ticketing systems (ServiceNow, Jira) and ITSM processes. - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to detail. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. - Self-starter with strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills and the ability to interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
