• Lead and inspire a portfolio of stores through strong field presence, real-time coaching, and hands-on leadership • Own regional business performance and deliver results across key KPIs, including sales, conversion, AOV, UPT, and customer experience metrics • Analyze business performance and translate insights into clear priorities, action plans, and sustained improvement • Set clear expectations and hold Store Leaders accountable to performance, behaviors, and operational excellence • Build and develop high-performing Store Leadership teams through talent identification, ongoing development, and succession planning • Partner closely with Store Leaders to translate strategy into executable priorities and daily focus • Drive a customer-obsessed culture by reinforcing selling behaviors, service standards, and consistent execution of the SKIMS Selling Ceremony • Ensure operational standards are executed with discipline, including inventory accuracy, visual presentation, staffing, scheduling, and store readiness • Partner cross-functionally with Retail Leadership Team and HQ partners to support store performance and development
Job Requirements
- 7 - 10+ years of multi-unit leadership experience within a premium or specialty retail environment.
- Willingness and ability to travel regularly (up to 75% travel).
- Track record of building, developing and retaining Store Leaders and multi-unit leadership talent
- Proven experience in retail management
- Track record of supporting new store openings/regional expansion in a rapid growth phase
- Deep understanding of the retail industry and a commitment to SKIMS values.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to translate data into clear priorities and action
- Strong leadership skills with a focus on people development and talent management
- Exceptional communication, accountability, and follow-through

You will report to the Director of Home Health Clinic Operations Strategy. This is a salaried position which includes participation in an annual incentive bonus plan of up to 25% of annual salary. The Market Executive of Clinical Quality, you will drive clinical quality and regulatory metrics by onsite leadership in assigned market. You will be accountable for the following: clinical and survey metrics, clinical operations metrics, claims denials, AO/state survey results, risk mitigation, clinical compliance, QAPI adherence and VBP performance. Work with area operations and branch leaders on processes, initiatives and in-scope changes or updates.
