Senior Manager – Mechanical Commissioning
Fleet Data Centers
• Lead the end-to-end commissioning lifecycle for all mechanical systems in mission-critical facilities • Ensure systems are installed, tested, verified, and handed over to operations • Integrate design intent with field execution and orchestrate multi-disciplinary teams • Manage risk and deliver auditable commissioning evidence that enables on-time, on-budget readiness • Attend commissioning meetings and track schedule adherence, issue closure rates, and system performance metrics
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Architectural Engineering, or related field
- 8+ years of mechanical commissioning experience in mission-critical facilities (data centers, hospitals, labs, pharma, or industrial)
- Preferred certifications: ASHRAE BCxP, ACG CxA, NEBB BSC (or equivalent)
- Proven track record leading functional testing and IST coordination, with strong controls/BMS integration and TAB familiarity
- Exceptional organizational, project management, and problem-solving skills, with strong documentation discipline
- Excellent written and verbal communication and stakeholder management skills; proficiency with project management and commissioning platforms

The OpportunityAs an Alliances Partner Engineer, you will serve as the technical lead for strategic partnerships, blending solution engineering, technical evangelism, and hands-on development to accelerate partner success and drive platform adoption.
