Senior Compensation Analyst – Contract Talent

• Administration of the incentive bonus programs during start of year, monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, and end of year processes • Assists HR Business Partners and other managers with compensation-related issues • Modify/Develop Compensation Plan Structures based on leadership direction and intent • Designs complex models for the purposes of cost structure analysis, sensitivity analysis, impact analysis, and other analysis that are required for the development of incentive compensation plans • Conducts compensation plan effectiveness studies • Works with Compensation Analyst as appropriate to benchmark new or revised jobs within their respective client groups • Works with field leadership and external third parties consultants to benchmark positions appropriately • Advises field leadership and compensation management of grades, salary ranges, and classification • Identifies correct benchmark positions for new salary surveys • Provides counseling to management in the design/modification and rollout of incentive compensation plans • Proactively identify issues that may arise with regards to employee's pay • Meet with field leadership and compensation leadership to go over incentive compensation related items • Assessments and research for individual plan placement • Provide guidance and mentoring to Compensation Analyst(s) • Provide training on incentive compensation practices and procedures; offer guidance on such items as incentive compensation fundamental, best practices, pitfalls to avoid, etc. • Leads Compensation Analysts in using incentive Compensation best practices to create relevant and meaningful ad-hoc analysis • Leads Compensation Analyst in conducting periodic processes such as Economic Zone, Salary, and Employment Cost Index reviews • Leads Compensation Analysts in conducting and participating in market surveys

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in applicable field or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of 8 years of analyst related experience required
  • Experience working with incentive compensation in an international company strongly desired
  • Exceptional at MS Excel
  • Can create and modify Macros and VBA
  • Can create complex models utilizing advanced functions within Excel
  • Experience gathering data from different types of systems like Workday, PeopleSoft, MS Access, SQL Databases
  • Proficient in using MS PowerPoint
  • Experience with Anaplan a strong plus
  • Certified Sales Compensation Professional (CSCP) preferred
  • Attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy
