Job Requirements
- Extensive customer/client facing experience globally
- 4-5 years of account/client management, consulting or procurement leadership experience in the travel industry
- Ability to deliver a data-driven, analytical approach to client's travel program
- Strong understanding of key drivers of customer satisfaction and operational expense
- Ability to understand broad issues and global market conditions impacting customers’ travel program
- Strong business and financial competence
- Proven problem-solving abilities and decision making skills
- Strong negotiation skills, able to handle objections and achieve mutually beneficial solutions
- Ability to influence internally and externally and drive decisions across the organization
- Knowledge of Amex GBT products/services preferred
- Travel Management Experience preferred
- Deep understanding of technology industry strongly preferred
