• Lead execution of client servicing strategy for clients • Get results through client negotiations and influence key decision makers • Proactively recognize portfolio risks and create action plans to mitigate them • Optimize, enhance, and drive premium revenue for top clients in GCG Financial Services vertical

Job Requirements

  • Extensive customer/client facing experience globally
  • 4-5 years of account/client management, consulting or procurement leadership experience in the travel industry
  • Ability to deliver a data-driven, analytical approach to client's travel program
  • Strong understanding of key drivers of customer satisfaction and operational expense
  • Ability to understand broad issues and global market conditions impacting customers’ travel program
  • Strong business and financial competence
  • Proven problem-solving abilities and decision making skills
  • Strong negotiation skills, able to handle objections and achieve mutually beneficial solutions
  • Ability to influence internally and externally and drive decisions across the organization
  • Knowledge of Amex GBT products/services preferred
  • Travel Management Experience preferred
  • Deep understanding of technology industry strongly preferred
