We are looking for a Solutions Engineer to join our growing team and help customers understand the value of our platform. In this role, you will partner closely with Sales, Product, and Engineering to guide prospects and customers through the technical evaluation process. You’ll demonstrate how Jazz solves real security problems and help security teams confidently adopt our platform. What You’ll Do: - Partner with Account Executives to support the technical aspects of the sales process. - Deliver technical product demonstrations tailored to customer environments and security challenges. - Lead proof-of-concept (POC) engagements with prospective customers. - Translate customer security problems into clear technical solutions using the Jazz platform. - Act as a trusted advisor to security leaders and practitioners. - Provide customer feedback to the Product and Engineering teams. - Support RFPs, security questionnaires, and technical documentation. - Help develop demo environments, technical assets, and enablement materials. - Stay current on security trends, vulnerability management, and risk prioritization. What We’re Looking For: - 3+ years of experience in sales engineering, security engineering, or solutions architecture. - Experience with cybersecurity technologies such as vulnerability management, cloud security, or risk management platforms. - Strong understanding of security operations, vulnerabilities, and threat exposure. - Ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and executive audiences. - Experience running technical demos and proofs-of-concept. - Strong communication and presentation skills. - Comfortable working in a startup environment with evolving priorities. - Experience with vulnerability scanners (e.g., Tenable, Qualys, Rapid7). - Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP). - Knowledge of attack surface management, exposure management, or risk prioritization. - Security certifications such as Security+, CISSP, or similar. • Respond to customer product inquiries via telephone or email • Resolve customer concerns raised during installation, operation, maintenance or product application • Troubleshoot problems with hardware equipment and software applications • Document customer communication and recurring technical issues

• This role will play a key functional role in implementing major ERP projects in the Business Applications Team, primarily focusing on NetSuite and its integration with all the interfacing systems such as Salesforce, Amber Road, Baxter, SAP/IBP, etc. using Boomi and web services. • Follow our standard software development lifecycle from requirements gathering through implementation in major project execution. • Needs to be highly technical and hands-on with the ability to design, document, and provide functional leadership to developers within the team. • Work efficiently with IT functional and technical teams as well as business users and stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate to application design within the ERP system landscape in Arista. • Demonstrate cross functional knowledge to ensure that the optimal system solutions are chosen and delivered utilizing cloud applications and infrastructure where possible. • Lead the effort to define, design and maintain systems solutions, while ensuring the reliability, efficiency and confidentiality of data in the business applications. • Perform project design reviews, systems testing and lead user acceptance testing to ensure business requirements and timelines are met for deliverables. • Drive the optimization of NetSuite functionalities and processes, addressing the need for a highly configurable, available and scalable environment.
