Technical Solutions Engineer
Arista Networks
• Respond to customer product inquiries via telephone or email • Resolve customer concerns raised during installation, operation, maintenance or product application • Troubleshoot problems with hardware equipment and software applications • Document customer communication and recurring technical issues
Job Requirements
- Minimum of 3+ years of hands-on experience in the networking industry
- Working knowledge of networking products and protocols
- Experience with troubleshooting tools like IXIA, tcpdump, and Wireshark
- Strong comfort level with Linux
- Familiarity with programming/scripting (C++, Java, Python, Perl, JavaScript, shell)
- Minimum education is a B.S or ideally an MS in a technical field (CS/EE preferred) or related
