Applications Implementation Engineer
Neovia Logistics
• Act as a system SME to: • Provide technical application insight and thought leadership when it comes to new solution design and best practice • Provide guidance to system users and stakeholders • Review and validate our service partners solutions designs, timelines and estimations. • Partner with the business and technology leadership teams to support a consistent, enterprise-wide customer centric approach to application implementation in order to maximize the efficiency and predictability in line with company strategy and organizational goals. • Carry out system configuration and work with the application support teams to root cause and resolve any system issues • Support user training and system testing • Define business requirements and specifications for WMS software projects • Help drive implementation and configuration WMS solutions with our partners to meet customer needs and expectations to meet operational and implementation KPIs. • Optimize warehouse productivity, space utilization, and employee engagement using WMS/LMS/WCS functionalities • Coordinate software testing, training, and maintenance for new and existing customers • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and outside partners to integrate WMS with other systems and processes • Assist, troubleshoot and resolve issues related to WMS software and functionality • Keep implementation partners and vendors accountable to deliver • Assist with the development and definition of the quick implementation template and be the leader to launch WMS in quick time for small to medium customer sites • Document and update standard operating procedures and best practices. • Provide application support and guidance to WMS users and stakeholders • Drive adoption of AI and ML through IT partnership and collaboration • Support application transition/transformation at Neovia • Performs other responsibilities as assigned, including overnight and international travel.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or business, or an equivalent combination of related education, certification, and experience.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience working on new site launches or system implementation projects in the logistics or supply chain industry
- Minimum of 3 years of experience managing large, cross-functional IT projects, with at least 2 years in WMS and/or TMS implementations within the logistics or supply chain industry
- Technical proficiency in WMS software and/or related technologies.
- Supply chain and contract logistics experience and business experience and knowledge
- Ability to perform well within a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment that requires the management of multiple projects at once, without compromising quality and service levels.
- Customer and on-time deliver focused
- Must have strong analytical skills, ability to work independently, have exceptional interpersonal and organizational skills and pay specific attention to details.
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills with the ability to swiftly shift approach based on audience.
- Ability to communicate complex issues/solutions in a manner that is easily understood and actionable despite the audience.
- Ability to establish solid working relationships and partnerships with teams across the organization.

- Ability and willingness to travel to various warehouse and office locations both Domestic & International (up to 50% of working time).

Position Summary The Senior Specialist, Implementations is responsible for leading and coordinating client implementations of a new CAQH Solution. The client implementation process begins when deals are closed and ends when the client is actively using and realizing expected value from the solution. Individual must be able to independently manage the entire client implementation process and use project management and organizational skills to effectively move each client through the process; a successful implementation is imperative for CAQH to achieve revenue realization for solutions. The individual must coordinate all the functional areas at CAQH to ensure a seamless, positive, and professional experience for clients. This position requires an ability to assess the needs of clients during the implementation process and to lead the solutioning process at CAQH. This position interacts with and is an integral part of a team of professionals dedicated to the achievement of client satisfaction, revenue realization, and long-term growth in line with CAQH goals. The Senior Specialist, Implementations is a full-time, remote, exempt position and reports to the Manager, Implementations.
