• Design and implementation of low-latency, high-availability, and performant applications • Design, develop and maintain algorithms to extract info about websites/APP in a complex python application • Perform distributed information extraction, retrieval and data processing of websites • Resolve scalability issues with distributed systems • Work collaboratively with design team to understand end user requirements to provide technical solutions and for the implementation of new software features

• Communicating with project stakeholders to deeply understand product use-cases • Creating high-quality, simple, flexible code that meets the technical specification (both correct and complete) • Enforce code quality through test driven development • Enhance, refactor, and continuously improve the existing codebase • Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical people • Proactive in keeping your skills updated • Develop the most complex features and fix bugs on the back-end codebase of our on-prem and cloud-based products • Establish and maintain a high level of codebase quality through the well-written, high-coverage unit and integration tests • Implement and deploy microservices based applications over cloud or on-prem • Troubleshoot any issues with existing features, live on production

• Strengthen our application and environment security, applying standards and best practices and providing tooling to make development workflows more secure • Create, maintain, and iterate on our CI/CD processes for new and existing services • Increase the sophistication of our alerting and escalation mechanisms • Keep up to date on modern technologies and trends and advocate for their inclusion within products when it makes sense • Help increase system performance with a focus on high availability and scalability • Propose, scope, design, and implement various infrastructure architectures • Work collaboratively with multiple agile teams to help deliver end-to-end products and features, seeing them through from conception to delivery • Continue to keep the lights on (day-to-day administration) • Help define, document, evolve, and evangelize high engineering standards and best practices across multiple areas • Move quickly and intelligently - seeing technical debt as your nemesis • Deployment at customer sites

• Own, lead and manage all ongoing implementation(s) and POCs from concept through implementation & release • Understand technical aspects of the product and demo to potential customers • Partner closely with other cross-functional team members to translate business needs and product requirements into new solutions for customers • Develop Customer Success assets and methods, and work with the Key Account Managers from Sales to create new or refine existing onboarding materials • Lead mining and client relationship geographically dispersed to deliver technology projects on time • Maintain end-to-end accountability for customer satisfaction and overall delivery excellence

• Provides leadership and coordination to small and large projects • Motivates staff; serves as a subject matter expert and maintains positive working relationships across the system • Supports assigned projects by creating and monitoring project tasks/budget • Conducts data analysis and implements process improvement plans to assure timely and successful project completion
