• Identify and vet suitable factories in your region to fulfill RFQs across various product categories (e.g., apparel, accessories, packaging) • Assign RFQs to selected factories via our internal operations platform • Ensure factories submit quotes promptly by actively following up and providing necessary support • Guide factories through our onboarding process and ensure they are trained on how to use our platform • Keep clear documentation of factory status, submissions, and escalations in our CRM or tracking tools

• Develop and implement the Company’s end-to-end procurement process, including approval workflow, sourcing and purchasing controls. • Draft and own procurement policies, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and standards. • Build and maintain a centralized supplier database and procurement documentation system. • Establish standardized sourcing and vendor evaluation processes. • Lead RFP/RFQ processes and negotiate pricing, contract terms, and purchasing agreement. • Apply AI-based analytics to evaluate spend data, detect patterns, and generate actionable cost-saving insights. • Use AI-powered supplier discovery tools to identify new vendors, evaluate capabilities, and assess risk profiles. • Establish vendor onboarding, qualification, risk assessment, and ongoing performance evaluation program. • Collaborate with Finance, IT, Legal, and other teams to define requirements and forecast purchasing needs. • Monitor supplier performance, resolve issues, and drive continuous improvement across the supply base. • Analyze purchasing data to identify cost-saving opportunities and improve procurement effectiveness. • Recommend and implement procurement technology tools or systems to streamline purchasing activities. • Prepare and present procurement reports to senior management and stakeholders on spending, vendor performance, and potential risks.

• Design and lead a mixed-methods documentation process that includes quantitative and qualitative analysis • Review and synthesize 10 years of data on the FIT's provision of financial support • Capture stories of change and organizing strategies • Support the FIT in crafting a compelling narrative about the impact of trans-led funding

• Manage IT Procurement: Coordinate procurement of software licenses, monitor deliveries, and help resolve vendor or billing issues. • Research vendors and compare offers to identify cost-effective solutions. • Request and review quotes, negotiate pricing when possible. • Coordinate with suppliers regarding orders, deliveries, and procurement-related questions. • Monitor market trends, pricing models, and vendor offerings to identify cost optimization opportunities. • Manage IT Assets and Licenses: Maintain accurate records of software licenses and vendor contracts. • Track the lifecycle of IT assets, including purchase, allocation, renewal, warranty, and end-of-life. • Track purchased assets and ensure internal inventory systems remain up to date. • Provide teams with visibility into software usage and resources. • Support Financial and Contract Processes: Coordinate the contract approval and signing process with internal stakeholders. • Review invoices and ensure they match agreed terms. • Track procurement expenses and coordinate with the Finance department. • Identify opportunities to optimize IT spending and improve procurement efficiency. • Assist in resolving payment discrepancies or processing issues. • Support teams in budget planning for software and IT infrastructure. • Improve Procurement Operations: Maintain procurement documentation and internal knowledge pages (e.g., Confluence). • Help standardize and improve procurement workflows across teams. • Support the setup and management of external services required by the company.
