• Audits of general system functionalities to identify any potential bugs or issues needing to be addressed by the technical team. • Daily/weekly reviews of reports or system generated documents (i.e. purchase orders) to identify issues, causes for concern, bugs or items requiring immediate attention. • Review of patient and provider across Clients to identify anomalies requiring attention. • Report technical issues findings to the IT team and monitor, validate fixes. • Audit of claims and results of processing to identify potential system issues, or sudden drops in performance that impact Clients and Partners. • Notify impacted parties upon identification of issues and post resolution. • Establish general audit guidelines and standard measurements. • Provide feedback to management on results of findings and rates of error. • Synchronization with technical teams for UAT and new feature/enhancement releases. • Notify and train teams impacted by new system changes. • Assist with training opportunities where needed. • Assist implementation specialists as needed with completing documents and configurations for client builds. • Implement split billing clients to include but not limited to assist in the build of the crosswalk, split billing configurations and conduct all training for covered entities for the split billing product prior to transition to the account manager. • Provide support post go live for 6-8 weeks to ensure appropriate training for our clients. • Developing project plans, scope documents and managing timelines following an approach such that project deliverables are thoroughly communicated to the client and deadlines are met. • Act as the main point of contact to the client's project team to configure new and existing client accounts to integration partners. • Assist the client and their vendor partners in setting up system interfaces. • Provide support for integration related questions from clients, integration partners and internal stakeholders. • Manipulate client data to conform to the provided file specifications & perform analysis prior to ingesting to ensure the data is complete & accurate. • Communicate technical issues to non-technical audiences clearly, concisely, and accurately both verbally and in writing. • Monitor and provide front-line support for interfaces post go live; coordinate with clients & integration partners to ensure identified issues are resolved in a timely manner. • Utilize effective problem-solving techniques to develop quality services and resolve problems, while managing multiple work efforts in a fast paced environment. • Be responsible for coordinating with the Ops-IT team for backend configurations and testing of integration outcomes. • Be the subject matter expert for client integration management and develop detailed integration-related standard operating procedures, internal/external FAQ's and training guides. • Maintain a high level of communication with all levels of client interaction to ensure proactive, solution-oriented problem identification and resolution. • Assist in the transition of clients to Account Management once go-live is achieved; provide training/knowledge transfer to clients & internal stakeholders for technical and non-technical audiences. • Assist in onboarding new client new integration partners.

Job Requirements

  • 3-5 years of 340B experience to include project management, implementations and split billing knowledge.

What You’ll Do - Lead on-site and remote implementation of Prepared’s solutions for public safety agencies, including hardware setup and system integrations. - Serve as the primary technical point of contact during customer onboarding and early adoption, working closely with project managers and client stakeholders. - Configure, ship, and support Prepared’s proprietary hardware and assist customers in integrating with their existing systems. - Provide Tier 2 technical support and troubleshoot escalated issues from the customer support team. - Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Product, Support, and Customer Success teams to provide real-time feedback and improve implementation processes. - Contribute to process and documentation improvements that enable future team scaling and first-call resolution by Support. Qualifications - You have 5+ years of direct experience working with public safety systems (e.g., 911 call handling, CAD, radio consoles, and logging recorders). - You’ve previously worked in technical field services, implementation, or installation roles with a strong customer-facing component. - You're comfortable traveling up to 50% of the time for on-site deployments. - You work autonomously and own projects end-to-end, proactively identifying and resolving issues. - You thrive in cross-functional environments and enjoy partnering with Engineering and Product to refine new workflows. - You take initiative, communicate clearly, and leave things better than you found them. Public Safety Technology & Systems Expertise Candidates who are well-positioned for success in this role typically bring hands-on experience working with the core technology systems that power emergency communications centers. This may include experience with: - 911 call handling systems (CHE) such as VESTA, Viper, or Solacom - Computer-Aided Dispatch (CAD) platforms used to manage emergency response workflows - Radio console systems supporting multi-agency communications - Logging recorders used for call review, compliance, and operational analysis - Network and traffic analysis tools, such as Wireshark, used to troubleshoot system performance and integrations Successful candidates often have direct experience supporting, configuring, troubleshooting, or operating these systems within PSAPs, ECCs, or other mission-critical public safety environments. The starting base pay for this role is between $111,600.00 in the lowest geographic market and $148,800.00 in the highest geographic market. The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as level, function, training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs, geographic market, and often a combination of all these factors.
