• Develop and execute a go-to-market strategy to grow Teton’s footprint across Senior Living & Skilled Nursing Operators. • Own the full sales cycle, from outbound prospecting and industry event attendance to managing multi-stakeholder enterprise deals through to close. • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities, providing accurate forecasting and CRM updates, with a consistent focus on exceeding target. • Collaborate closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to help shape Teton’s commercial approach in the US.
Job Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in high-value SaaS sales, ideally in healthcare or a similarly complex, regulated environment.
- A strong track record and deep network in the senior care industry, and the ability to leverage it from the vendor side!
- Consistent track record of exceeding million-dollar new business quotas, with experience closing high six-figure ACV deals and managing long sales cycles.
- A hunter mindset paired with strong consultative selling skills, able to generate pipeline and engage senior stakeholders in complex transactions.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Must have a valid driver's license.

• Support the Chief Commercialization Officer in driving commercialization strategy in the U.S. • Engage with Engineering and MarCom departments as needed. • Engage across government affairs, business development, and regulatory interfaces. • Lead engagement with U.S. federal and state government stakeholders to advance policy and regulatory objectives. • Drive business development initiatives in the U.S. • Represent Deep Isolation in external forums and public engagements. • Support engagement with local communities and stakeholders at Deep Isolation sites.
