Job Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in software development life cycle
- 5+ years on the Salesforce platform
- Sales cloud or service cloud consultant certification required
- Experience in a consulting environment with SOW based engagements
- In-depth expertise in Sales, and Service Cloud use cases
- Proven experience with full lifecycle Salesforce implementations
- Hands-on experience designing and configuring Salesforce solutions
- Strong communication, facilitation, and presentation skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
