• Lead the design, development, and governance of enterprise-wide integration solutions centered on the Salesforce platform. • Serve as the technical authority on integration patterns, API strategy, and middleware architecture. • Bridge business requirements with scalable, secure, and maintainable technical solutions. • Shape our integration roadmap, participating in requirements-gathering sessions, and presenting solutions to internal and external audiences. • Architect end-to-end integration solutions connecting Salesforce with enterprise systems including ERPs, data warehouses, and third-party SaaS platforms. • Define and enforce integration patterns and data-flow governance across the organization. • Guide teams on data migration and synchronization strategies between Salesforce and external systems. • Collaborate with Salesforce developers and administrators to ensure integration solutions align with platform best practices and governor limits. • Lead discovery workshops and requirements-gathering sessions with business stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams. • Document current-state and future-state integration landscapes, including gap analyses and migration roadmaps.

• Provide leadership and oversight on client engagements and technical implementation projects, including oversight of a team of one or more Business Analysts • Provide oversight on client discovery and requirements gathering, including leading sessions as needed • Demonstrate business expertise and serve as subject matter expert on the client’s business need for the internal team • Create current state and future state process flows using information from client documentation and discovery sessions • Create requirement documentation, user stories, and acceptance criteria on large projects • Translate Business Requirements into Functional Requirements for implementation by the internal project team • Assess requested business requirements for SOW alignment • Create and track work for team members using ticket assignments and ensure project progress aligns with Catalyst’s expectations • Confirm functionality meets business needs based on acceptance criteria • Write client-deliverable test scripts and test scenarios • Perform end-to-end testing, assessing success from a business perspective • Prepare and participate in functionality demonstrations, leading demonstrations for client testers as needed • Document, prioritize, and assess client feedback working with the PM to determine impacts to scope, budget, and project timelines • Plan training needs and support the creation of training documentation • Lead training sessions for trainers, super users, or end users • Potential to serve as owner of one of the Catalyst productized offerings

• Develop repeatable, version-controlled infrastructure environments (e.g., OpenTofu, Terraform, Terragrunt). • Design and implement highly scalable services using AWS Lambda, API Gateway, S3, Step Functions as well as non-serverless AWS. • Build and refine CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions to ensure seamless, safe, and automated deployments. • Drive technical best practices, conduct code reviews, and help elevate the team’s cloud proficiency.

• Write internal test scripts. • Write UAT test scripts. • Lead and manage the QA of multiple complex integrated CRM and eCommerce platforms workstreams concurrently. • Own and lead overall project test strategy. • Execute internal testing. • Document defects, track to resolution. • Process improvements. • Ensure compliance with quality benchmarks and enact feedback from user experience evaluations. • Support bug reporting and feedback loop. • Support UAT process. • Implement best practices and standardized testing and scripts.

• Architect end-to-end integration solutions connecting CRM solutions (e.g. Salesforce, HubSpot, Creatio, MS Dynamics) with enterprise systems including ERPs, data warehouses, and third-party SaaS platforms. • Define and enforce integration patterns and data-flow governance across the organization. • Evaluate and select appropriate integration styles based on business and technical trade-offs. • Produce architecture blueprints, integration design documents, sequence diagrams, and data mapping specifications. • Ensure solutions meet non-functional requirements including performance, availability, scalability, and disaster recovery. • Guide teams on data migration and synchronization strategies between CRM solutions and external systems. • Collaborate with other developers and administrators to ensure integration solutions align with platform best practices and governor limits. • Lead discovery workshops and requirements-gathering sessions with business stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams. • Translate complex business processes into actionable, prioritized integration requirements and user stories. • Document current-state and future-state integration landscapes, including gap analyses and migration roadmaps. • Collaborate with client IT stakeholders during training and enablement sessions to ensure their self-sufficiency and confidence maintaining various parts of Catalyst builds. • Present integration architectures, technology decisions, and roadmaps to executive leadership, clients, and external partners with clarity and confidence. • Conduct integration architecture reviews and participate in security review boards.

• Conduct research into clients’ use of Salesforce, producing a report of findings with recommended steps and a roadmap for Salesforce solutions • Collaborate with colleagues and customers to create prototypes and proofs of concept as a means of eliciting and defining requirements • Review solutions and recommend improvements • Groom and refine the Salesforce product backlog, in liaison with stakeholders on the project • Own the design of Salesforce and (optionally) other affiliated solutions for Sales, Service, and platform solutions • Act as a release manager, approving configuration and coded items to be deployed between environments. Where appropriate, this could include deploying changes • Provide guidance on user story writing style • Ensure success and acceptance criteria are defined for each story • Describe and illustrate designs with appropriate justifications • Ensure documentation of the steps for testing • Supervise the configuration, quality assurance, testing, and deployment of Salesforce • Collaborative project and workstream planning • Experienced in driving conversations at all levels of the client from project team to C-suite • Occasional travel to client sites (typically quarterly or less) for requirements workshops, stakeholder meetings, or training sessions.
